Willi Iselborn founded a construction business in 1951, which grew steadily over the following years. In 1971, his son Peter Iselborn joined the company after successfully completing his studies in civil engineering, and took over sole management in 1989. In November 2014, daughter Julia joined the company after completing her studies in civil engineering, ensuring the succession of the company within the family.

Christian Hamburger has been the 2nd Managing Director alongside Peter Iselborn since January 2014. Willi Iselborn GmbH & Co. KG has been a medium-sized construction company for several decades and currently has 115 employees, the majority of whom have been with the company for many years. We employ 35% of our employees for more than 5 years, 10% for more than 10 years, 20% for more than 20 years and 10% for more than 30 years.
