Almanya'da zorunlu sosyal sigorta<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2317\" data-end=\"2521\">Bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan Almanya'da \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 andan itibaren, bir sosyal g\u00fcvenlik kurulu\u015funa ba\u011fl\u0131 de\u011filse, genellikle Alman sosyal g\u00fcvenlik primlerine tabi olur. <strong data-start=\"2468\" data-end=\"2488\">A1 sertifikas\u0131<\/strong> (AB'den gelen ilanlar i\u00e7in).<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2523\" data-end=\"2602\">Alman sosyal g\u00fcvenlik primleri a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki bile\u015fenlerden olu\u015fur:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2604\" data-end=\"2850\">\n<li data-start=\"2604\" data-end=\"2701\"><strong data-start=\"2606\" data-end=\"2630\">Sa\u011fl\u0131k sigortas\u0131:<\/strong> yakla\u015f\u0131k 14,6 % (yar\u0131s\u0131 i\u015fveren, yar\u0131s\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan taraf\u0131ndan kar\u015f\u0131lan\u0131r)<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2702\" data-end=\"2736\"><strong data-start=\"2704\" data-end=\"2727\">Emeklilik sigortas\u0131:<\/strong> 18,6 %<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2737\" data-end=\"2776\"><strong data-start=\"2739\" data-end=\"2768\">\u0130\u015fsizlik sigortas\u0131:<\/strong> 2,6 %<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2777\" data-end=\"2850\"><strong data-start=\"2779\" data-end=\"2802\">uzun s\u00fcreli bak\u0131m sigortas\u0131:<\/strong> 3,05 % (\u00e7ocuksuz \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar 3,4 % \u00f6der)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2852\" data-end=\"3028\"><strong data-start=\"2852\" data-end=\"2865\">\u0130stisna:<\/strong><br data-start=\"2865\" data-end=\"2868\" \/>Bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan bir AB \u00fclkesinden yaln\u0131zca ge\u00e7ici olarak g\u00f6revlendirilmi\u015fse, ge\u00e7erli bir sosyal g\u00fcvenlik belgesine sahip olmas\u0131 halinde kendi \u00fclkesinde sosyal g\u00fcvenlik kapsam\u0131nda kalmaya devam eder. <strong data-start=\"2996\" data-end=\"3016\">A1 sertifikas\u0131<\/strong> mevcut.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3030\" data-end=\"3232\"><strong data-start=\"3030\" data-end=\"3049\">Pratik \u00f6rnek:<\/strong><br data-start=\"3049\" data-end=\"3052\" \/>Bir \u00c7ek lojistik \u015firketi Almanya'da \u015fof\u00f6rler g\u00f6revlendirmi\u015ftir. A1 sertifikas\u0131 olmayan s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fclerin Almanya'da sosyal g\u00fcvenlik kayd\u0131 olmas\u0131 gerekmektedir.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"3239\" data-end=\"3311\"><strong data-start=\"3243\" data-end=\"3309\">4. asgari\u0307 \u00fccret ve bordro muhasebesi\u0307: i\u0307hlallere yer yok<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3313\" data-end=\"3483\">Almanya'da yasal bir d\u00fczenleme vard\u0131r <strong data-start=\"3350\" data-end=\"3365\">Asgari \u00fccret<\/strong>d\u00fczenli olarak ayarlanmaktad\u0131r. Ocak 2024'ten bu yana <strong data-start=\"3426\" data-end=\"3448\">Saat ba\u015f\u0131na 12,41 \u20ac<\/strong> (2025'ten itibaren y\u00fckselebilir).<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3485\" data-end=\"3529\"><strong data-start=\"3488\" data-end=\"3527\">AB'deki i\u015fverenlerin dikkatine:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3530\" data-end=\"3727\">\n<li data-start=\"3530\" data-end=\"3609\">Asgari \u00fccret, g\u00f6revlendirilen i\u015f\u00e7iler de dahil olmak \u00fczere t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar i\u00e7in ge\u00e7erlidir!<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3610\" data-end=\"3727\">Baz\u0131 sekt\u00f6rlerde (\u00f6rne\u011fin in\u015faat, bak\u0131m, yemek hizmetleri) daha y\u00fcksek \u00fccret oranlar\u0131 uygulanmaktad\u0131r. <strong data-start=\"3679\" data-end=\"3693\">Standart \u00fccretler<\/strong>uyulmas\u0131 zorunludur.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"3729\" data-end=\"3970\"><strong data-start=\"3729\" data-end=\"3748\">Pratik \u00f6rnek:<\/strong><br data-start=\"3748\" data-end=\"3751\" \/>Bir Macar temizlik \u015firketi Almanya'daki bir i\u015f i\u00e7in personel sa\u011fl\u0131yor. Macar asgari \u00fccretini \u00f6demektedir. Bu durum, Alman asgari \u00fccret yasas\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 bir su\u00e7 te\u015fkil eder ve y\u00fcksek cezalarla tehdit edilir.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"3977\" data-end=\"4063\"><strong data-start=\"3981\" data-end=\"4061\">5. \u0130\u015ften \u00e7\u0131karma ve i\u015f g\u00fcvencesi: Alman yasalar\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan dostu<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"4065\" data-end=\"4235\">Almanya i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmaya kar\u015f\u0131 koruma konusunda kat\u0131 d\u00fczenlemelere sahiptir. \u00d6zellikle de <strong data-start=\"4141\" data-end=\"4175\">\u0130\u015ften \u00c7\u0131kar\u0131lmaya Kar\u015f\u0131 Koruma Yasas\u0131 (KSchG)<\/strong> \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 haks\u0131z i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131karmalara kar\u015f\u0131 korur.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"4237\" data-end=\"4654\"><strong data-start=\"4239\" data-end=\"4261\">\u0130ptal s\u00fcreleri:<\/strong> Yasal ihbar s\u00fcresi en az 4 haftad\u0131r, ancak hizmet s\u00fcresine g\u00f6re uzat\u0131l\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4237\" data-end=\"4654\"><strong data-start=\"4381\" data-end=\"4402\">\u0130ptal sebepleri:<\/strong> 10'dan fazla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131 olan \u015firketlerde fesih sadece a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki durumlarda m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr <strong data-start=\"4474\" data-end=\"4535\">operasyonel, davran\u0131\u015fsal veya ki\u015fisel nedenlerle.<\/strong> olas\u0131 nedenler.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4237\" data-end=\"4654\"><strong data-start=\"4557\" data-end=\"4573\">\u00c7al\u0131\u015fma Konseyi:<\/strong> Daha b\u00fcy\u00fck \u015firketlerde, i\u015f\u00e7i konseyi i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131karmalarda s\u00f6z sahibidir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"4656\" data-end=\"4922\"><strong data-start=\"4656\" data-end=\"4675\">Pratik \u00f6rnek:<\/strong><br data-start=\"4675\" data-end=\"4678\" \/>\u0130spanyol bir i\u015fveren, Almanya'daki bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n\u0131 k\u0131sa s\u00fcre i\u00e7inde i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131karmak istiyor. \u015eirketin 10'dan fazla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131 oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in, daha fazla uzatmadan bu m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. \u0130\u015fveren, i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131karma i\u00e7in kabul edilen bir nedenin kan\u0131t\u0131n\u0131 sunmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"4929\" data-end=\"5000\"><strong data-start=\"4933\" data-end=\"4998\">6 Almanya'daki yabanc\u0131 i\u015fverenler i\u00e7in raporlama y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fckleri<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"5002\" data-end=\"5112\">Almanya'da i\u015f\u00e7i \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131ran AB \u015firketleri belirli raporlama y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fcklerine uymak zorundad\u0131r:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li data-start=\"5114\" data-end=\"5622\"><strong data-start=\"5116\" data-end=\"5155\">Sosyal g\u00fcvenlik kayd\u0131:<\/strong> \u0130\u015fverenler, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131 bir Alman sa\u011fl\u0131k sigortas\u0131 kurumuna sosyal sigorta i\u00e7in kaydettirmelidir (A1 sertifikas\u0131 yoksa).<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"5114\" data-end=\"5622\"><strong data-start=\"5308\" data-end=\"5353\">G\u00f6revlendirilen i\u015f\u00e7iler i\u00e7in g\u00fcmr\u00fck beyannamesi:<\/strong> Belirli sekt\u00f6rlerde (\u00f6rne\u011fin in\u015faat, temizlik, bak\u0131m), yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan gelen i\u015fverenler \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nceden Alman g\u00fcmr\u00fcklerine kaydettirmelidir.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"5114\" data-end=\"5622\"><strong data-start=\"5501\" data-end=\"5531\">Vergi kayd\u0131:<\/strong> Almanya'da kay\u0131tl\u0131 bir ofisi olmayan \u015firketler bordro vergisi i\u00e7in kay\u0131t yapt\u0131rmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p data-start=\"5624\" data-end=\"5791\"><strong data-start=\"5624\" data-end=\"5643\">Pratik \u00f6rnek:<\/strong><br data-start=\"5643\" data-end=\"5646\" \/>Slovakyal\u0131 bir \u015firket, bir sipari\u015f i\u00e7in Almanya'ya tesisat\u00e7\u0131 g\u00f6nderir.
