From Swabian model company to market leader - that is traditional workmanship from BÜRGER. For over 85 years, the family business has been producing Maultaschen and co. to the highest standard and with a great deal of passion. Ideas, hard work and constant growth have made BÜRGER the specialist for Swabian pasta. And of course we are particularly proud of this.

90 years of success
When Richard Bürger founded the company in Stuttgart Feuerbach in 1934 to produce mayonnaise and salads, nobody could have predicted the success story of this traditional business. After 90 years, the family business produces around 350 tons of food a day. BÜRGER is now run by the third generation.

Approximately 1200 employees
At the two sites in Ditzingen and Crailsheim, around 1200 employees in various departments are now involved in the production process of the Swabian specialties.

Our most important product: the Maultasche
The most important product is still the Maultasche: around 2.5 million of these are produced every day. Whether it is a coincidence or not, if you were to put all the Maultaschen together, the distance between the two sites in Ditzingen and Crailsheim would be around 110 kilometers.
