For over 60 years, we have specialized in products for customers from the communal catering sector (business, care & education), the restaurant and hotel industry, caterers and menu manufacturers, as well as for food retailers. We have developed into the leading premium supplier of pasta specialties in the bulk consumer sector throughout Germany and are distributed nationwide via retailers. In the food retail sector, we are mainly represented in southern Germany.
Since 1965, now in the 3rd generation, we have been producing a top-quality product in Birkenfeld near Pforzheim - Jeremias fine pasta specialties.
Selected durum wheat semolina from the best growing regions, fresh eggs from German barn farming and the great Birkenfeld drinking water from a Black Forest spring, combined with gentle production, result in pasta that is firm to the bite.
We attach great importance to gentle and nutrient-preserving production and combine our know-how from years of tradition with the use of modern technology. The pasta is dried at gentle temperatures, allowing the typical pasta taste to fully develop. The great care taken by our long-standing and experienced employees during production guarantees the consistently high quality of Jeremias pasta specialties.
Jeremias pasta is available in over 50 different pasta shapes. This means that there are no limits to your imagination in the kitchen. The range is presented in various qualities, which differ in terms of egg content.
